A COMPARATIVE STUDY CONCERNING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY FOR VARIOUS LEVELS OF MILK YIELD

Abstract
This paper aimed to present a comparative study concerning the analysis of the economic efficiency in dairy farming in close relashionship to milk yield performances. Two milk yield levels /cow/year were taken into consideration as follows: V1-4,000 kg milk and V2 - 6,500 kg milk. For each variant, the following specific indicators were calculated: gross product, variable, fixed and total production costs, gross margin and profit. The V1 variant registered Euro 1,932.64 total production costs, Euro 912.68 gross margin and Euro 787.5 profit while the V2 variant recorded Euro 1.575.72 total production costs, Euro 457.46 gross margin and Euro 366.47 profit. As a conclusion, the increase of milk yield assures the growing up of economic efficiency in terms of gross margin and profit.
STUDIU COMPARATIV PRIVIND EFICIENTA ECONOMICA PENTRU DIFERITE NIVELURI ALE PRODUCTIEI MEDII DE LAPTE

Rezumat
Aceasta lucrare a avut ca scop prezentarea unui studiu comparativ privind analiza eficientei economice in cresterea vacilor de lapte in strinsa legatura cu performantele in productia medie de lapte.bIn lucrare s-au luat in considerare doua niveluri ale productiei medii de lapte si anume: V1 - 4.000 kg lapte si V2 - 6.500 kg lapte. Pentru fiecare varianta s-au calculat urmatorii indicatori specifici : produsul brut, cheltuielile de productie variable, fixe si totale, marja bruta si profitul. Varianta V1 a inregistrat 4.843 Euro cheltuieli totale de productie, o marja bruta in valoare de 2.583 Euro si un profit in valoare de 491 Euro/vaca/an, in timp ce varianta V2 a inregistrat 3.207 Euro cheltuieli totale de productie, o marja bruta de 2.853 Euro si 611 Euro profit/vaca/an. In concluzie, cresterea productiei medii de lapte pe vaca asigura cresterea eficientei economice prin prisma marjei brute si a profitului.
