DESCRIPTION OF THE HAEMOLYTIC SYSTEM FOR TESTING THE BLOOD GROUPS IN SMALL RUMINANTS

Abstract
The paper analyses the biochemical, structural and physiological peculiarities of the haemolytic system (antigen-antibody-complement) which underlines the technique used in the serology of blood groups - haemolysis - for detecting the blood group factors in sheep and goats. The evolution of the whole haemolytic process in ovicaprinae is presented (sensitiveness of erythrocytes, their coupling with antibodies, forming operation of antigen-antibody complex, activity phases of the complement fractions and C₁'-esterase, alteration of erythrocyte membrane, haemoglobin remission).

Rezumat
Lucrarea analizeaza particularitatile biochimice, structurale si fiziologice ale sistemului hemolitic (antigen-anticorp-complement) care sta la baza tehnicii folosite în serologia grupelor sanguine - hemoliza - în vederea decelarii factorilor de grupa sanguina la ovine si caprine. Este prezentata desfasurarea întregului proces hemolitic la ovicaprine (sensibilizarea hematiilor, cuplarea lor cu anticorpii, formarea complexului antigen-anticorp, actiunea etapizata a fractiunilor complementului si a C₁'-esterazei, alterarea peretelui eritrocitar, eliberarea hemoglobinei).
