STUDY OF NATURAL CONDITIONS AND SOCIAL RESOURCES FROM TIBANESTI MICROZONE, IASI COUNTY

Abstract
The studied area focuses on the territory of Tibanesti Microzone, Iasi County, which is an integrating part of the Northeastern Development Region of Romania. Geomorphologically, the territory of the Tibanesti Microzone belongs to the sculptural relief of the Moldavian Plain, which is characterized by a highly continental climatic regime with cold winters, very hot summers and frequent droughts. The Tibanesti Microzone includes the Tibana, Tibanesti, Tansa and Dagâta communes, having a total area of 24,769 ha and 23,150 people, of which 1192 are employees.
The aim of this work was to show the necessity of taking some measures, which contribute to the future development of the studied microzone:
-Promotion of investments in the main fields, which use the labour surplus and lead to an increase in the people's living level;
-Promotion of some investment projects for increasing the degree of social infrastructure within the microzone, but especially in the Tansa Commune;
-Setting up viable private farms, for the agriculture straightening, by using at maximum the entire natural, economic and human potential from the studied area.
The analysis of indicators concerning natural and social conditions of the Tibanesti Microzone emphasised the need of starting development programs where the main objectives be represented by removing the weak points and changing them into opportunities.

Rezumat
Arealul cercetat vizeaza teritoriul microzonei Tibanesti, judetul Iasi, care constituie o parte integranta a Regiunii de Dezvoltare Nord-Est a României.
Sub aspect geomorfologic, teritoriul microzonei Tibanesti face parte din relieful sculptural al Câmpiei Moldovei, caracterizat printr-un regim climatic continental accentuat, cu ierni reci si veri cu temperaturi ridicate si secete frecvente.
Microzona Tibanesti cuprinde comunele: Tibana, Tibanesti, Tansa si Dagâta, cu o suprafata totala de 24.769 ha si o populatie de 23.150 persoane, din care 1192 persoane sunt salariati.
Autorii si-au propus sa evidentieze necesitatea initierii unor masuri care sa contribuie la dezvoltarea în viitor a microzonei cercetate:
-promovarea unor investitii în domenii prioritare, care sa absoarba excedentul de forta de munca existent si sa conduca la o crestere a nivelului de viata al populatiei;
-promovarea unor proiecte de investitii pentru cresterea gradului de infrastructura sociala la nivelul microzonei, dar mai ales în comuna Tansa;
-infiintarea unor exploatatii agricole private viabile, pentru revitalizarea agriculturii folosind la maximum întregul potential natural, economic si uman din arealul cercetat.
Analiza indicatorilor privind conditiile naturale si sociale din microzona Tibanesti scot în evidenta necesitatea initierii unor programe de dezvoltare în care principalele obiective trebuie sa fie reprezentate de eliminarea puctelor slabe si transformarea acestora în oportunitati.
