THE EFFECT OF GIVING BIOPLUS TO RABBITS SKIN PRODUCTION

Abstract
Bioplus is a ruminal solution which contains microbe of crude fiber digestive that increase livestock production and food efficiency. And hopefully good increasing of the weight will affect the rabbit's pelt production. The output of this research was to know the effect of Bioplus and look for an appropriate dosage which give the highest pelt production to the rabbit. Experimental research was done with Completely Randomized Design. Treatment of five level of Bioplus dosage (B1 = 0%, B2 = 0.15%, B3 = 0.20%, B4= 0.25%, B5 = 0.30%) were repeated for 4 times, per each. The number of rabbits for this experiment was 20 in wean age, with an average weight of 1083.24 g. The variables were pelt weight (g), pelt thickness (mm), and pelt width (cm2). The conclusion of the research was that rabbit's pelt production is very influenced by Bioplus usage. Pelt production (weight = 147 g, thickness = 0.94 mm, width=1031.05 cm2) issued from Bioplus 0.20% dossage.

EFECTUL ADMINISTRĂRII DE BIOPLUS ASUPRA PRODUCŢIEI DE BLĂNIŢE LA IEPURI

Rezumat
Bioplus este un produs ce conţine microorganisme selecţionate din flora ruminală, care în mod natural degradează fibra vegetală şi care influenţează benefic productivitatea animalelor şi conversia hranei. De exemplu, prin creşterea în greutate a iepurilor este influenţată masa corporală, deci producţia de blăniţe. Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a identifica efectul Bioplus şi dozajul optim în hrană, pentru a genera cel mai bun răspuns în producţia de blăniţe la iepuri. Cercetările au fost organizate după o schemă complet randomizată. S-au folosit 5 niveluri de includere a Bioplus în hrană (B1 = 0%, B2 = 0,15%, B3 = 0,20%, B4= 0,25%, B5 = 0,30%), cu câte 4 repetiţii fiecare. Au fost folosiţi 20 de iepuraşi, la vârsta înţărcării, iar greutatea medie a acestora a fost de 1083,24 g. Variabilele studiate au fost: greutatea blăniţei (g), grosimea blăniţei (mm) şi suprafaţa acesteia (cm2). Concluzia principală a fost aceea că utilizarea Bioplus influenţează hotărâtor producţia de blăniţe. Cele mai bune performanţe pentru însuşirile blăniţelor s-au obţinut la rata de includere 0.20% Bioplus (greutate = 147 g, grosime = 0,94 mm, suprafaţă=1031,05 cm2).
