STUDY REGARDING THE QUALITY OF SOYBEAN GRIST OBTAINED IN AN UNIT FROM IASI COUNTY

Abstract
Given its qualities, soybean grist is the most important source of vegetable proteins which can be used in all the growth stages of pigs and birds. Lately more and more composite fodder factories from Romania opted for the production of soybean grist and less for importing. One of the many factories which develop such an activity is the studied unit. In this unit soybean grist is obtained for production of composite fodder for broiler chicks. The purpose of this study is to establish the brute chemical composition and the urease value of grist's produced in the studied unit and to compare the obtained results with the data from national and international specialty literature. The results of the study reported the following: Moisture% - 9,02±2,12; CP% - 43,81±3,01; Crude ash% - 6,05±0,37; CF% - 4,38±3,00; urease activity - 0,066±0,07. The presented values highlighted the fact that the analyzed grist are of good quality and meet all the quality standards, both American and European, also recommending them in the alimentation of monogastric animals.

STUDIU CU PRIVIRE LA CALITATEA ŞROTULUI DE SOIA OBŢINUT ÎNTR-O UNITATE DIN JUD. IAŞI

Rezumat
Datorită calităţilor sale, şrotul de soia este cea mai importantă sursă de proteină vegetală ce poate fi utilizată în toate fazele de creştere a suinelor şi păsărilor. În ultima vreme tot mai multe fabrici de nutreţuri combinate din România au optat pentru producerea şroturilor de soia şi mai puţin pentru importuri. Una din numeroasele fabrici ce desfăşoară o astfel de activitate este şi unitatea studiată. În această unitate se obţin şroturi de soia pentru producerea de nutreţuri combinate destinate puilor broiler de găină. Scopul acestei lucrări a fost acela de a stabili compoziţia chimică brută şi valoarea ureazică a şroturilor produse în unitatea studiată şi de a compara rezultatele obţinute cu datele din literatura de specialitate naţională şi internaţională. Rezultatele studiului ne-au indicat: U% - 9,02±2,12; PB% - 43,81±3,01; CenB% - 6,05±0,37; GB% - 4,38±3,00; activitate ureazică - 0,066±0,07. Valorile prezentate au evidenţiat faptul că şroturile de soia analizate sunt de bună calitate şi se înscriu în toate standardele de calitate atât americane cât şi europene, recomandându-se totodată utilizarea lor în alimentaţia animalelor monogastrice.
