MILK PEPTIDE MAPPING OF GOAT FED COMPLETE FEED WITH HIGH LINOLEIC ACID CONTENT

Abstract
Linoleic acid content of complete feed was increased when using corn oil in the processing of complete feed, and it's around 2.691 to 4.736 %. The declined of crude fiber in the complete feed influence by fibrolytic enzyme and or Cellulomonas sp. bacteria adds as the catalyst and or starter during fermentation of complete feed.
Feed intake more efficiently when goat consumed complete feed which containing corn oil and fermented by fibrolytic enzyme and or innoculant Cellulomonas sp. bacteria, and the milk productions and conjugated linoleic acid contents in milk were significantly increased at level about 535,06 to 570,31 ml/h/d and 3,4345 to 4.48%, respectively. Based on isolation of milk peptide, it showed that milk peptide profile of goat fed complete feed with high linoleic acid content has a molecular weight more than 42 kda.

Rezumat
Continutul în acid linoleic al nutretului complet a crescut atunci când acesta a fost procesat prin includerea uleiului de porumb, situându-se între valorile de 2,691 - 4,736 %. Reducerea continutul de fibra din nutretul complet a fost realizata prin utilizarea de enzime fibrolitice si bacterii Cellulomonas sp., ca si catalizatori/cultura starter utilizate la fermentarea nutretului complet.
Consumul de hrana a fost mai eficient atunci când caprele au consumat nutret complet cu continut de ulei de porumb si fermentat cu ajutorul enzimelor fibrolitice si al inoculantului bacterian Cellulomonas sp. Productia de lapte si continutul acestuia în acid linoleic conjugat au crescut si ele semnificativ, la aproximativ 535,06 - 570,31 ml/cap/zi, respectiv la 3,43 - 4.48%. Consecutiv izolarii peptidelor din lapte a reiesit ca profilul peptidic al caprelor hranite cu nutret complet cu un continut ridicat de acid linoleic a prezentat o greutate moleculara de peste 42 kda.
