STUDY REGARDING THE ENSURANCE WITH MILK AND DIARY PRODUCTS OF THE MIROSLAVA VILLAGE POPULATION IN 2007-2009

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the village Miroslava can be assured with optimal consumption of milk and dairy products for the local population in the conditions of 2007-2009. The study was conducted in the village Miroslava and were taken into account data on village population, livestock of dairy cattle and sheep, milk yields obtained, forage base structure and how it influences the milk production.
Therefore, based on these data, it will be produced three variants of consumption for milk and dairy products. Proposed variants will be analyzed for Miroslava village population, to determine whether existing milk production can meet the needs of consumers for milk and dairy products.
Variant 1 (V1) - which represents the minimum consumption is 180 liters / person / year.
Variant 2 (V2) - which represents the average consumption is 240 liters / person / year.
Variant 3 (V3) - which represents optimal consumption is 300 liters / person / year.
Livestock of cattle and sheep drop by about 33% compared to 2007 while total milk production of cattle decreased in the period analyzed, although the average production has increased.
In Miroslava village consumption of milk and dairy products is not ensured even for minimum level of 180 l / person / year with all the existing forage base that could support a larger number of animals that wolud increase the milk production.
STUDIU DE CAZ PRIVIND ASIGURAREA POPULAŢIEI COMUNEI MIROSLAVA CU LAPTE ŞI PRODUSE LACTATE ÎN PERIOADA 2007-2009

Rezumat
Scopul lucrarii este de a stabili daca în comuna Miroslava poate fi asigurat consumul optim de lapte si produse lactate pentru populatia locala în conditiile existente în perioada 2007-2009. Studiul s-a efectuat în cadrul comunei Miroslava si au fost luate în calcul date privind populatia comunei, efectivele de taurine si ovine pentru lapte, productiile de lapte obtinute, structura bazei furajere si modul în care aceasta influenteaza productia de lapte.
În consecinta, pe baza acestor date, se vor întocmi trei variante de consum pentru lapte si produse lactate. Variantele propuse vor fi analizate pentru populatia comunei Miroslava, pentru a putea determina daca productiile de lapte existente pot acoperi nevoile de consum la lapte si produse lactate.
Varianta 1 (V1) - care reprezinta consumul minim este de 180 l/persoana/an.
Varianta 2 (V2) - care reprezinta consumul mediu este de 240 l/persoana/an.
Varianta 3 (V3) - care reprezinta consumul optim este de 300 l/persoana/an.
Efectivele de taurine matca scad cu circa 33 % fata de anul 2007 iar productia totala de lapte de taurine scade în perioada analizata, chiar daca productia medie a crescut.
În localitatea Miroslava consumul de lapte si produse lactate nu este asigurat nici macar la un nivel minim, de 180 l/persoana/an cu toate ca baza furajera existenta ar putea sustine cresterea unui numar mai mare de animale astfel încât sa faca posibila obtinerea unei productii mai mari de lapte.
