PARTIAL RESULTS REGARDING THE GENETIC ANALYSIS OF HUCUL HORSE FROM LUCINA STUDFARM: REPRODUCTIVE ISOLATION AND AGE STRUCTURE

Abstract
This study is a part of an ample research concerning the genetic analysis (history) of Lipizzan horses from Beclean studfarm. The genetic analysis studies are a part of Animal Genetic Resources Management because just start of them we elaborate the strategies for inbreeding management. This study has as purpose to present two important aspects of genetic analysis: reproductive isolation level and age structure. This parameters has a capital importance in animal breeding because there has a directly influence in animal population evolution.
The reproductive isolation situation was quantified using the relation elaborated by S. Wright in 1921.
The age structure situation is based on the age distribution histogram.
The analysis showed that the Hucul horse from Lucina stud is a reproductively isolated population and have its own evolutionary path. Age structure is not balanced with negative repercurssions on generation interval.
REZULTATE PARŢIALE PRIVIND ANALIZA GENETICĂ A EFECTIVULUI DE CABALINE DE RASĂ HUŢUL DIN HERGHELIA LUCINA: IZOLAREA REPRODUCTIVĂ ŞI STRUCTURA DE VÂRSTĂ

Rezumat
Acest studiu reprezinta o parte dintr-o cercetare ampla referitoare la analiza genetica a efectivului de Hutul din herghelia Lucina. Studiile de analiza genetica sunt parte componenta a managementului resurselor genetice deoarece ele reprezinta punctul de start în elaborarea strategiilor referitoare la managementul consangvinizarii în populatiile de interes economic. Aceasta lucrare are drept obiectiv prezentarea a doua importante aspecte ale analizei genetice, cu influenta directa asupra evolutiei populatiei: gradul de izolare reproductiva si structura de vârsta.
Situatia izolarii reproductive a fost cuantificata pe baza coeficientului de izolare reproductiva a elaborat de S. Wright în 1921.
Situatia structurii de vârsta s-a analizat pe baza histogramei distributiei vârstelor.
În urma analizei efectuate s-a evidentiat faptul ca efectivul de rasa Hutul din herghelia Lucina este o populatie izolata reproductiv si cu drum evolutiv propriu. Structura de vârsta nu este echilibrata, cu repercursiuni negative asupra intervalului de generatie.
