INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT FEEDSTUFFS ON QUALITY OF GOAT MILK

Abstract
Goat milk productivity depends mainly on the quantity and quality of feedstuffs. In this research is analyzed and discussed the influence of different feedstuffs on quantity and quality of goat milk. Analyzing of the 432 milk samples showed that the highest milk yields obtained by adding to basic ration of peas and Galega seeds - respectively 2.84 and 3.30 kg of milk from one goat per day. Adding of fodder yeast, sunflower cake, wheat bran and yeast Yea-Sacc1026 into the ration significantly increased the fat content of milk and wheat bran also increased milk protein content. Sunflower cake, wheat bran and rapeseed meal had positive effect to reduce the somatic cells count in milk by as much as 24.3% to 49.0%.

INFLUENŢA DIFERITELOR FURAJE ASUPRA CALITĂŢII LAPTELUI DE CAPRĂ

Rezumat
Productivitatea caprelor pentru producţia de lapte depinde în principal de cantitatea şi calitatea furajelor. În această cercetare este analizată şi interpretată influenţa diferitelor furaje asupra cantităţii şi a calităţii laptelui de capră. Analiza nivelului productiv la 432 capre a arătat că cea mai mare cantitate de lapte s-a obţinut prin adăugare în raţia de bază a boabelor de mazăre şi a seminţelor de Galega officinalis, producţia medie zilnică crescând de la 2,84 la 3,30 kg de lapte. Adaosul în raţia a drojdiei furajere, şrotului de floarea soarelui, tărâţelor de grâu şi drojdiei Yea-Sacc1026 a indus o creştere semnificativă a conţinutul de grăsime şi proteină din lapte. Şrotul de floarea-soarelui, tărâţele de grâu şi făină din seminţe de rapiţă au avut un efect pozitiv în calitatea laptelui, reducând nivelul celulelor somatice.
