COMBINED INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT FEED ON BODY DEVELOPMENT OF LARVAE, FRY AND YOUNG OF THE SPECIES POECILIA RETICULATA (GUPPY)

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to establish the effect of the use of the recipes obtained impinge the corporal development of the species Poecilia reticulate. The scientific researches have lasted three months, the fishes passing through three stages of development: larva, fry and juvenile. For each category of age were made three recipes of combined fodder (R1, R2 and R3), taking into account the nutritional requirements of the species and to the chemical composition of raw materials and the constitution of the final fodder. For carrying out the research have formed six lots of 15 fishes that have been fed differentiated as follows:
- lot R1: R1larvae, R1fry and juvenile;
- lot R2: R2larvae, R2fry and juvenile;
- lot R3: R3larvae, R3fry and juvenile;
- lot TG: Troco Grower;
- lot TP: Troco Prim;
- lot TD: Tetra Discus.
The follow parameters have been corporal length and body weight at the end of each month by experimentation. On the basis of these parameters were determined the indices of body development (the indices rise Fulton, the gain in weight and multiplication report of average weight). As a result of the researches it was found that the proposed combined fodder recipes have led to an increase in both length and weight with values close to those achieved through existing combined fodder on the market.

INFLUENŢA DIFERITELOR NUTREŢURI COMBINATE ÎN DEZVOLTAREA CORPORALĂ A LARVELOR, ALEVINILOR ŞI TINERETULUI DIN SPECIA POECILIA RETICULATA (GUPPY)

Rezumat
Scopul prezentei lucrări este de a stabili influenţa utilizării unor reţete obţinute asupra dezvoltării corporale la specia Poecilia reticulate. Cercetările au durat trei luni de zile, exemplarele trecând prin trei stadii de dezvoltare: larvă, alevin şi tineret. Pentru fiecare categorie de vârstă au fost concepute câte trei reţete de nutreţ combinat (R1, R2 şi R3), pornindu-se de la cerinţele nutriţionale ale speciei căreia i se administrează şi de la compoziţia chimică atât a materiilor prime cât şi a nutreţului final. Pentru realizarea cercetărilor s-au format şase loturi a câte 15 exemplare ce au fost hrănite diferenţiat după cum urmează:
- lotul R1 reţetele: R1larve, R1alevini şi tineret;
- lotul R2 reţetele: R2larve, R2alevini şi tineret;
- lotul R3 reţetele: R3larve, R3alevini şi tineret;
- lotul TG: Troco Grower;
- lotul TP: Troco Prim;
- lotul TD: Tetra Discus.
Parametrii urmăriţi au fost lungimea şi greutatea corporală, determinate la sfârşitul fiecărei luni de experimentare. Pe baza acestor parametri au fost determinaţi indicii de dezvoltare corporală (indicele Fulton, sporul de creştere în greutate lunar şi raportul de multiplicare al greutăţii medii). În urma cercetărilor s-a constatat că reţetele de nutreţ combinat propuse au dus la o creştere atât în lungime cât şi în greutate cu valori apropiate de cele obţinute prin administrare de nutreţuri deja existente pe piaţă.
