STUDY ON APPLYING OF SOME ADDITIONAL MEASURES OF BIOSAFETY IN FARM CHICKENS FOR EGG CONSUMPTION

Abstract
Quality and safety production in farm animals are guaranteed by the proper application of bio security measures. Ignoring them is usually followed by an increase in production costs due to expenses against possible infections and infestations. The current paper studies the possibility of improving general bio security measures in fowls egg consumption farms. Through sanitation tests was checked the impact of crossing vehicles through the disinfector road. Staphylococcal test was conducted at a specialized laboratory. From the 12 sanitation samples two were inadequate, which indicates that at one wheel, the decontamination was not performed properly. Following the measure of running the car at lower speed and to repeat the passing of the automotive-bunker through the disinfector road, the staphylococcal test was negative. This results are highlighted by the analysis bulletins presented in this paper.

STUDIU CU PRIVIRE LA APLICAREA UNOR MĂSURI SUPLIMENTARE DE BIOSECURITATE ÎN FERMELE DE GĂINI OUĂ CONSUM

Rezumat
Calitatea şi siguranţa producţiei în exploataţiile de animale sunt garantate de corectitudinea aplicării măsurilor de biosecuritate. Ignorarea acestora este, de regulă, urmată de creşterea costurilor de producţie, ca urmare a cheltuielilor cu combaterea infecţiilor şi a infestaţiilor posibile. Prezenta lucrare studiază posibilitatea de îmbunătăţire a unor măsuri generale de biosecuritate în fermele de găini ouă consum. Prin teste de sanitaţie s-a verificat impactul trecerii autovehiculelor prin dezinfectorul rutier. A fost efectuat Testul Stafilococic la un Laborator specializat. Din 12 probe de sanitaţie două au fost necorespunzătoare, ceea ce denotă că la o roată decontaminarea nu s-a efectuat corespunzător. În urma aplicării măsurii de a rula maşina cu o viteză mai mică şi de a repeta trecerea autobuncărului prin dezinfectorul rutier, Testul stafilococic a fost negativ. Aceste rezultate sunt evidenţiate de Buletinele de analiza, prezentate şi în lucrare.
