STUDY REGARDING MILKING SPEED, AT A SHEEP POPULATION RESULTED FROM CROSSING AWASSI RAMS WITH TIGAIE EWE

Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine milking speed at F1 hybrid sheep population resulting from crossing of the local sheep with Awassi rams. Research has been carried out on a herd of 115 hybrids sheep Aw x Ti and 140 Tigaie breed sheep first being determining the total duration of milking and based on the obtained values we calculate the milking speed. The results of the research put in light the fact that milking speed recorded an increasing dynamics starting with first lactation up to sixth lactation, both at hybrids Aw x Ti population and at Tigaie population. So, while mean milking speed at Aw x Ti sheep in sixth lactation was of 12.33 ml/sec, at Tigaie breed sheep this parameter had a higher value with 9.57%. The mean duration of total milking at a hybrid population in sixth lactation was 58.14 seconds at an average production of 641.22 ml milk per day per sheep.

STUDIU PRIVIND VITEZA DE CEDARE A LAPTELUI LA POPULAŢIA DE OVINE REZULTATE DIN ÎNCRUCIŞAREA BERBECILOR AWASSI CU OI ŢIGAIE

Rezumat
Obiectivul studiului a fost reprezentat de determinarea vitezei de cedare a laptelui la populaţia de ovine F1 rezultate din încrucişarea oilor locale cu berbeci Awassi. Cercetările au fost efectuate pe un efectiv de 115 oi metise Aw x Ti şi 140 oi rasa Ţigaie, determinându-se iniţial durata totală a mulsului iar pe baza valorilor obţinute s-a calculat viteza de cedare a laptelui. Rezultatele cercetărilor evidenţiază faptul că viteza de cedare a laptelui înregistrează o dinamică ascendentă începând de la prima lactaţie şi până în lactaţia a şasea, atât la populaţia metisă Aw x Ti cât şi la populaţia de Ţigaie. Astfel, în timp ce viteza medie de cedare a laptelui la oile Aw x Ti, aflate în lactaţia a şasea, a fost de 12,33 ml/sec, la oile de rasă Ţigaie acest parametru a avut o valoare medie mai mare cu 9,57 %. Durata medie a mulsului total la populaţia metisă aflată la a şasea lactaţie, a fost de 58,14 secunde la o producţie medie pe zi pe cap oaie de 641,22 ml.
