THE POTENCY OF SOCIAL CAPITAL AND THE ROLE OF SOCIAL CULTURE (INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM) IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BEEF FARMING

Abstract
The aim of the research is to assess the potential of social capital and socio-cultural mechanisms (institutional) in the development of beef farming system, using Case Study Methods with a qualitative approach. Informants were determined purposively (base on information target). Data collected by in-depth interviews while data analysis was done on textual and contextual analysis with the organization, categorization and data reduction and in-depth understanding (verstehen). The results showed that: Social capital as a driver or the strength of spirit to the socio-cultural mechanisms (institutional) in form of Lembaga Kesejahteraan Kampung (LKK) - (The Village Welfare Institute). The roles of LKK are the joint business group and saving and loans of financial institution. Increase revenue to keep the four had of cattle Rp. 1.000.000. per month.

POTENŢIALUL CAPITALULUI SOCIAL ŞI ROLUL CULTURII SOCIALE (CA MECANISM INSTITUŢIONAL) ASUPRA DEZVOLTĂRII FERMELOR DE TAURINE

Rezumat
Scopul cercetării este de a evalua potenţialul capitalului social şi a mecanismelor socio-culturale (instituţionale) asupra dezvoltării fermelor de taurine, folosind metoda studiului de caz printr-o abordare calitativă. Respondenţii au fost aleşi în mod aleatoriu (bazându-ne pe informaţiile din bazele de date). Colectarea datelor s-a facut pe baza unor interviuri, în timp ce analiza datelor a fost făcută, în mod textual şi contextual cu organizaţiile, categoriile şi persoanele implicate, într-o deplină înţelegere. Rezultatele au arătat: capitalul social are un rol determinant asupra mecanismelor socio-culturale în cazul Lembaga Kesejahteraan Kampung (LKK) - (Institutul pentru Bunăstarea Satelor). Rolul LKK este de a creea un cadru comun pentru grupul oamenilor de afaceri şi instituţiile financiare. Costurile pentru întreţinerea a patru capete vaci trebuie să atingă valoarea de 1.000.000 rupii pe lună.
