RESEARCHES REGARDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MEAT PRODUCTION AT THE LOCAL SHEEP BREEDS FROM ROMANIA THROUGH CROSSBREEDING WITH SPECIALIZED BREEDS, PALAS MEAT BREED, SUFFOLK, CHAROLLAIS

Abstract
   At the Research and Development Institute for Sheep and Goats Breeding- Palas it was aimed the improvement of the meat production at the sheep breeds, by obtaining half-bred sheep from the maternal breeds of Palas Merino and Ţigaie crossbred with paternal breeds specialized for meat: Meat Breed of Palas, Suffolk, Charollais. The male half-bred lambs F1 and the lambs from maternal breeds were subject to control fattening for 80 days using granulated mixed fodder. The half-bred lambs F1 (Meat breed of-Palas X Palas MerinoBreed) had an average daily weight gain of 260.13 g, lambs of Meat breed of Palas lambs a daily gain of 247.42 g and the lambs of Palas Merino Breed 205.39 g, resulting an increase of 26.65%. The male half-bred lambs F1 (Meat breed of Palas X Ţigaie Breed) had an average daily weight gain of 193.50 g, comparatively to the ţigaie lambs that had 130.71 g, at the half-bred lambs it is obtained higher daily weight gain with 48.04%. The half-bred male lambs F1 (Suffolk X Merinos) make an average daily increasing rate of 229.35 g, besides 190.25 g Merinos contemporaries, the half-bred sheep make an increase higher with 9.1 g, bigger with 20.55%. The average daily increasing rate of the half-bred lambs F1 (Charollais X Merinos) was of 190.50g, and at the lambs from Merinos breed, from the witness lot, 160.41g, the half-bred sheep make an increasing rate with 29.6 g higher, with 18.45%. The half-bred sheep F1 (Meat breed of Palas X Palas MerinoBreed) had at the slaughtering output 1, 48.12% and at the output 2, of 54.74 %. The F1 half-bred lambs (Meat breed of Palas X ţigaie Breed) had at the output 1 the value of 47.54 and at the output 2, of 53.98%. The lambs of Ţigaie had at output 1, 44.25% and at output 2, 49.54 %. The F1 half-bred lambs (Suffolk Breed X Merino Breed) had at output 1, 51.21% and at output 2, 55.94%. The half-bred male lambs of F1 (Charollais x Merinos) had the output 1, of 47.14%, and at output 2, of 54.74%.

CERCETĂRI PRIVIND AMELIORAREA PRODUCŢIEI DE CARNE LA RASELE DE OVINE LOCALE DIN ROMÂNIA PRIN ÎNCRUCIŞAREA CU RASE SPECIALIZATE, RASA DE CARNE PALAS, SUFFOLK, CHAROLLAIS

Rezumat
    La ICDCOC Palas s-a urmărit ameliorarea producţiei de carne la rasele de ovine, prin obţinerea unor metişi de la rasele materne Merinos de Palas şi ţigaie încrucişate cu rase paterne de carne: Rasa de Carne Palas, Suffolk, Charollais. Mieii masculi metişi şi mieii din rasele materne au fost îngrăşaţi 80 de zile folosind nutreţ combinat granulat. Mieii metişi F1 (Rasa de Carne-Palas X Rasa Merinos de Palas) realizează un spor mediu zilnic de creştere în greutate, de 260,13 g, mieii din Rasa de Carne-Palas 247,42 g şi mieii din Rasa Merinos de Palas 205,39 g, metişii realizând un spor mai mare cu 26,65%. Mieii masculi metişi F1 (Rasa de Carne Palas X Rasa ţigaie) au realizat un spor de 193,50 g, comparativ cu mieii ţigaie care au avut 130,71 g, la metişi se obţine un spor mai mare cu 48,04%. Mieii masculi metişi F1(Suffolk X Merinos) realizează sporul de 229,35 g, faţă de 190,25 g contemporanii Merinos, mieii metişi realizează un spor mai mare cu 20,55%. Sporul realizat de mieii metişi F1(Charollais X Merinos) a fost de 190,50 g, iar la mieii din rasa Merinos, 160,41g, mieii metişi realizează un spor mai mare cu 18,45%. Mieii metişi F1 (Rasa de Carne Palas X Rasa Merinos de Palas) au avut la sacrificare randamentul 1, 48,12% şi randamentul 2, de 54,74 %. Mieii metişi F1 (Rasa de Carne Palas X Rasa ţigaie) au avut randamentul 1 de 47,54% şi randamentul 2, de 53,98%. Mieii din ţigaie au avut randamentul 1, 44,25% şi randamentul 2, 49,54 %. Metişii F1 (Rasa Suffolk X Merinos) au avut randamentul 1, 51,21% şi randamentul 2, 55,94%. Mieii masculi metişi F1 (Charollais x Merinos) au avut randamentul 1, de 47,14%, şi randamentul 2, de 54,74%.
