THE EFFECT OF PLACENTA EXPULSION TIME AND POSTPARTUM INTERVAL TO FIRST ESTRUS ON DAYS OPEN OF ONGOLE CROSS COWS

Abstract
   The research was conducted in Breeding Centre and Artificial Insemination Development (BCAID) of Beef Cattlein Ciamison 30 first partum of Ongole Cross Cows (OCC) that had previously been artificially inseminated. The research was aimed to obtain a reproductive recommendation of the effect of placenta expulsion time and postpartum interval to first estrus on the days open formulation. The parameters observed were the placenta expulsion time, postpartum interval to first estrus, and days open. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results indicated that placenta expulsion time and postpartum interval to first estrus, simultaneously, had no significant effect on the days open. However, partially, postpartum interval to first estrus had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the days open with the effect of 13.675 percent.

EFECTUL DURATEI DE EXPULZARE A PLACENTEI ŞI A INTERVALULUI POSTPARTUM PÂNĂ LA URMĂTORUL ESTRU LA RASA DE VACI ONGOLE

Rezumat
   Cercetările au fost efectuate în cadrul Centrului de Ameliorare şi Dezvoltare pentru Inseminarea Artificială a Vacilor de Carne (BCAID) din Ciamis pe 30 de vaci din rasa Ongole Cross Cows (OCC) aflate la prima fătare, care au fost anterior inseminate. Scopul acestor cercetări a fost de a găsi o recomandare din punct de vedere reproductiv privind efectul duratei de expulzare a placentei şi a intervalului postpartum până la apariţia următorului estru. Parametrii studiaţi au fost durata de expulzare a placentei, intervalul postpartum până la următorul estru precum şi calving intervalul. Datele au fost statistic analizate iar rezultatele obţinute au indicat că durata de expulzare a placentei şi intervalul postpartum până la următorul estru, simultan, nu au nici un efect semnificativ asupra calving intervalului. Cu toate acestea, parţial, intervalul postpartum până la următorul estru are un efect semnificativ (P<0,05) asupra calving intervalului într-o proporţie de 13,675%.
