DYNAMICS IN CERTAIN BLOOD INDICATORS OF LIVER AND KIDNEY FUNCTION AT TERMINAL BOARS (PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS)

Abstract
   The aim of the study was to follow the dynamics in certain blood indicators of liver and kidney function in terminal boars (Large White x Pietrain). We observed the changes in Cholinesterase U / L; Lipase U / L; ALT U / L; AST U / L; Alkaline phosphatase U / L; Creatinine μmol / L and Bilirubin μmol / L. In this study we found that the lipase and alkaline phosphatase tend to decrease with age. AST, ALT and creatinine are higher in older boars. Cholinesterase and bilirubin age changes are too small and are close to 5% variation. The first cluster includes individuals with higher cholinesterase, lipase and ALF (P<0.01), but considerably lower for creatinine (P<0.01). The second cluster includes thirteen-month-old boars with higher AST, ALT, bilirubin and creatinine (P<0.01) and respectively lower ALF (P<0.01).

DINAMICA UNOR INDICATORI AI SÂNGELUI DIN FICATUL ŞI RINICHII VIERILOR REPRODUCĂTORI (ANALIZE PRELIMINARE)

Rezumat
   Scopul acestei cercetări a fost de a studia dinamica unor anumiţi indicatori ai sângelui prelevat din ficatul şi rinichii vierilor reproducători (Marele Alb x Pietrain). Au fost observate modificări în ceea ce priveşte colinesteraza U / L; lipaza U / L; ALT U / L; AST U / L; fosfataza alcalină U / L; creatinina μmol / L şi bilirubina μmol / L. În acest studiu s-a observat că lipaza şi fosfataza alcalină au tendinţa de a scădea odată cu vârsta. AST, ALT şi creatinina sunt mai ridicate la vierii în vârstă. Colinesteraza şi bilirubina se schimbă puţin odată cu vârsta şi au o variaţie de circa 5%. Primul lot include exemplare cu un nivel ridicat de colinesterază, lipază şi ALF (P<0,01), dar cu un nivel considerabil mai scăzut de creatinină (P<0,01). Al doilea lot include vieri cu vârsta de treisprezece luni cu nivele ridicate de AST, ALT, bilirubină şi creatinină (P<0,01) şi respectiv un nivel scăzut de ALF (P<0,01).
