Registration and fees


SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

The registration form will be sent to the organizers (by mail or e-mail to julia@uaiasi.ro) until September 5th 2017.

The registration may be done on-line at http://www.uaiasi.ro/simpozion_horti/index.php?lang=en
Each participant can present, as first author, 2 papers at the most.
The papers will be published in “Scientific papers UASVM Iasi, Horticulture series”.
The CD with the published papers will be sent to the first author by mail.


!!!THERE WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED:
*PAPERS THAT DO AUTHOR'S NOT COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM
*PAPERS THAT WORK THAT WAS SENT AFTER DEADLINE
*PAPERS THAT DO NOT OBEY THE PAPER GUIDELINES (SEE THE ANNEX)


Note:
- Academic exigencies require only acceptance for publication of works presented in the section.
- Scientific Council of the Conference reserves the right to select the works submitted.

Deadline for abstract submission and paper: 5 September 2017
Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of papers: 15 September 2017
Registration fee: 100E, until 30 July 2017 and 150E, after 30 July 2017
Registration fee for accompanying persons: 50E

The payment order shall state the name and surname of the participant and the attended section.
The payments made at the University's cashier may be done in RON (lei). Participants may request, cost only, the academic journals or the excerpts of the published papers.

The participation includes:
portfolio with the programme of the symposium
book of abstracts
Festive dinner.
